Offering over a decade of experience in recruitment and retention, performance management, conflict resolution, compensation strategy, HR policy development, training and development, annual audits, and legal compliance; Ms. Gonzalez has led the Human Resources Department at Tarzana Treatment Centers since 2021 when she joined as Human Resources Director. Ms. Gonzalez earned her Bachelor’s degree at California State University, Northridge in Communications Studies. Prior to her tenure at TTC, she gained her work experience in the healthcare and hospitality industry.
