CTN Connect Powered by Arkadin/Vidyo Comes to TTC
Tarzana Treatment Centers is proud to have three member sites in the California Telehealth Network (CTN) since the State opened the agency. The CTN brings together health care providers throughout the state using the latest in telehealth technologies. Last Friday, CTN issued a press release introducing CTN Connect powered by Arkadin/Vidyo, a video conference application for its member sites.

Tarzana Treatment Centers has been testing CTN Connect for a few weeks prior to this press release. The Arkadin/Vidyo application is easy to use, which has made the staff training process a breeze. It includes many complex features, like screen sharing and viewing options, and they can all be controlled by even the most novice users with an impressive simplicity. Video and audio are crisp on both wired and wireless connections.
Staff members who have used CTN Connect for live sessions at Tarzana Treatment Centers have responded with high ratings for the new application. In the first eight business days of use, the amount of clients served via telehealth has more than doubled using CTN Connect. This is in only two departments, so we see a very good future with this application.
