Get Involved With the Alumni Association at Tarzana Treatment Centers
We can always use alumni assistance with events that help current patients to complete treatment. Stay connected with Tarzana Treatment Centers through the Alumni Association meetings, groups and activities.
Participation in alumni activities is a way for you to enhance your recovery through service, while feeling a sense of unity with others. You need to give your time to those new in recovery in order to keep yours. And fellowship with others in alcohol and drug treatment, and new alumni, lets you feel “a part of” so you can share your experience, strength and hope.
Any time is a good time to get involved with the Alumni Association. And it is especially helpful to you when times are tough. There are days in recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction that seem endless, and depression can set in. Being with others in treatment can help you get out of your head, and you feel better for being of service to others.
We have weekly meetings on Thursdays at 6:30 pm and have Alumni/AWARE activities at least once a month. Come and join us for continuing recovery and fun while being an example to the Family.
