There is no need to delay treatment if you think you can’t afford it. If you don’t fit into any of our funded programs we will base your fee on your ability to pay. Our goal is to get health care to those who need it, regardless of income level. For detailed information, click here. - Medicare
Tarzana Treatment Centers continues to provide Medicare health care services. This includes services in Chronic Care Management and Medicare Preventive Care. Seniors with both medical and mental health care needs can schedule appointments for the same day. This reduces trips to get the care they need, and gives them more time to enjoy the golden years. Also, our medical and mental health professionals can work together to provide the best possible comprehensive treatment. Our facilities are easily accessible for those lacking mobility, and everything is new and clean so your visit is pleasant. - Medi-Cal
We provide low-cost Medi-Cal Managed Care and Fee for Service health care. The advantage in coming to Tarzana Treatment Centers for your care is that we provide more than basic medical care. When you need mental health treatment, family counseling, substance abuse treatment, and other services, we can provide them. And if Medi-Cal doesn’t cover something, you are likely covered under another funding program at Tarzana Treatment Centers. - My Health LA
Residents of Los Angeles County that meet income requirements and are 26 years of age or older, who lack or are not eligible for health insurance, may receive no-cost health care covered by My Health LA. When you choose Tarzana Treatment Centers as your Medical Home, you will receive ongoing care at our clinic throughout the year. Details can be found on this brochure. - Private Insurance
We accept most forms of private health insurance. Since we provide comprehensive health care services, it makes sense to get treated at Tarzana Treatment Centers. If you need more than one form of care, we can do it all.
