Rudolph O’Murray Jr.
Mr. O’Murray has been with TTC since 2017 and currently serves as the Director of Primary Care. In this role, he manages the daily operations of five primary care clinics at Tarzana Treatment Centers, overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives in compliance with regulatory standards such as The Joint Commission, PCMH, HRSA, and HIPAA. Mr. O’Murray is responsible for coordinating services, supervising both professional and paraprofessional staff, and contributing to strategic planning, program development, and patient care quality evaluation. With over seven years of supervisory experience at TTC and a strong background in healthcare and healthcare administration, Mr. O’Murray is a results-driven leader deeply committed to TTC’s mission.
Before joining TTC, Mr. O’Murray held several prominent positions in the clinical laboratory industry. He served as CEO/Director of MEDomics, a genetics laboratory, and as Director of Operations for Sonic Health USA, where he managed two large laboratories in San Luis Obispo and Bakersfield. He also held the role of Director of Operations for LabCorp, overseeing all operations across the western United States. Additionally, Mr. O’Murray was the COO of TLC, a private venture capital laboratory, and Vice President of Quest Diagnostics, where he managed operations in the western United States and supervised a staff of over 4,000. Earlier in his career, he was the Regional Director of National Health Laboratories, managing a large laboratory in Denver, CO, and expanding operations into Montana, Wyoming, New Mexico, Arizona, and Minnesota.
